Uno de los actores mas venidos a menos junto con Val Kilmer creo que es el Sr. Nicolas Cage. Creo que luego de hacer un montón de producciones relativamente decentes empezó un espiral descendente que lo pone en la lista de protagonistas a no considerar al tener ganas de ver una película buena.
Creo que no recuerdo últimamente una película buena de el, pero si las olvidables (Bangkok Dangerous, Ghost Rider, Drive Angry). Creo que la mejorcita es Lord of War de las que puedo hacer memoria.
Pero bueno, volviendo a lo que estoy tratando de explicar es que en esta película en la cual la que el sobrino de Coppola interpreta a un simpático profesor de literatura, Nicolas Cage nuevamente le erró. La cosa es que todo trata sobre la vida de un hombre feliz, con una esposa que lo hace feliz pero …. el clásico cliché es que la esposa tiene un gran problema lo cual hace que Cage tome una decisión inapropiada. Todo sucede cuando lo contacta un tal «Simon» (Guy Pearce) y al aceptar sus servicios, Cage no sabe en donde se está metiendo.
A partir de ahí comienza un raid en el cual el tratará de probar que es nada mas que un profesor de una escuela y no la persona a la cual intentan incriminar en un montón de cosas. La película es para mirar pero nada mas, no te llevás nada de esta historia que no aporta nada nuevo.
Mi puntaje es un 5. El director es Roger Donaldson y la película dura 105 minutos. Tiene de protagonistas a Nicolas Cage, January Jones y Guy Pearce.

One of the Hollywood stars who have come down (with Val Kilmer) I think is Mr. Nicolas Cage. I think after doing a lot of relatively decent movies he began a downward spiral that puts it in the list of stars that i have not to consider when i want to see a good movie.
I can not remember a good movie lately of him, but i can remember a lot of bad movies (Bangkok Dangerous, Ghost Rider, Drive Angry). I think Lord of War is the best i can remember.
But anyway, back to what I’m trying to explain is that in this film in which Coppola’s nephew plays a sympathetic teacher of literature, Nicolas Cage missed the point again.The story is about the life of a happy man with a wife who makes him very happy but …. the wife has a big problem which makes Cage take an inappropriate decision. Everything happens when a man named «Simon» (Guy Pearce) contacts him and when Cage accept their services does not know where his getting into.
From there begins a raid in which the attempt to prove that it is nothing more than a teacher in a school and not the person they are trying to frame in a lot of things. The film is to look at but nothing else, do not take anything from this story that adds nothing new.
